The Wassalat 3.5 mm TRRS Male → 3.5 mm TRRS Male cable is a high-quality audio lead engineered for reliable stereo audio plus microphone connections between modern devices. Built with low-loss conductors, multi-layer shielding and robust strain reliefs, it delivers clear audio, low noise and long service life for mobile devices, headsets, laptops, game controllers and in-car systems.
Key Features
3.5 mm TRRS male to 3.5 mm TRRS male connectors (Tip-Ring-Ring-Sleeve)
Gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
Multi-layer shielding (foil + braided) to minimise EMI/RFI and hum
Oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors for low attenuation and clear audio
Flexible, durable PVC or braided nylon jacket with strain reliefs at both ends
Available lengths: 0.5 m, 1 m, 2 m, 3 m (custom lengths on request)
CTIA/OMTP note: wired to CTIA standard by default; OMTP wiring/configuration available on request or via simple adapter
Specifications
Connector: 2 × 3.5 mm TRRS male (4-pole, Tip-Ring1-Ring2-Sleeve)
Default Pinout: CTIA (Tip = Left, Ring1 = Right, Ring2 = Ground, Sleeve = Microphone) — OMTP wiring available on request
Conductor: 28–24 AWG oxygen-free copper (dependent on length)
Shielding: Aluminum foil + tinned copper braid
Jacket: PVC or braided nylon (choose in product options)
Typical DC Resistance: ≤ 0.1 Ω/m (varies by gauge)
Impedance: nominal for analog audio cabling (not impedance-critical like RF)
Operating Temperature: -20 °C to +70 °C
Connector Plating: 24k gold plate (or nickel on request)
Durability: >10,000 insertion cycles (connector dependent)
Compatible Devices / Applications
Headsets with combined audio + mic jacks (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
Gaming controllers and handheld consoles supporting TRRS headsets
In-car audio units and auxiliary inputs with combined jack
Laptops and PCs with combo audio jacks
Portable recorders and cameras that accept TRRS input (check device wiring)
Conference room systems and public address equipment using 4-pole jacks
Notes & Usage Tips
Many modern mobile devices use the CTIA standard. If your headset uses OMTP, either request the OMTP-wired cable or use a CTIA↔OMTP adapter.
For best microphone performance keep cable length as short as practical and avoid routing alongside power cables to reduce noise pickup.
If using for TRRS-to-dual (separate mic + headphone) setups, use a TRRS splitter/adapter specifically wired for your device.
