Return Policy – Wassalat

At Wassalat, your satisfaction matters. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible—while ensuring fairness for all our customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • It is not listed as a non-returnable item


2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality control and protect custom work, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Cables

  • Cables Sold Per Meter (including Coaxial and Fiber Optic)

  • Used or unsealed items

  • Clearance or final sale products


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund after verification.


4. How to Request a Return

We will provide a return address and further instructions upon approval.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

6. Exchange Policy
