1. Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Note: Orders containing Coaxial Cables, Fiber Optics, or Custom Cables require 1 additional business day for testing before shipment to ensure product quality.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

Express Shipping (Same-Day Delivery):
Available for:-
Cairo Zones: Marsol, Indirve, Upper zones

Public Stations in Governorates
Orders must be placed before the cut-off time to qualify for same-day delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on all orders over 2,500 EGP.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email or SMS. You can monitor your delivery in real-time through our carrier’s platform.

Wassalat is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
7. International Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping within Egypt only. International delivery is not yet available.
